I used to use Mailchimp but the expenses are extortionate when your list grows or you would like more features. I never used to use a CRM tool but now I cannot imagine life without Dubsado. 04. penfold
Penfold is a pension scheme created with self-employed business folk in mind, and its ease of use is a gift. You have the option for a traditional scheme or one that taps into your values of sustainability (I picked the latter) and I love how flexible it is. 05. narrative select
I use Narrative to cull through the hundreds, occasionally thousands, of shots I have from a day shooting. It has tools that show whose eyes are closed, whose faces are in focus, and filters out the pics it thinks you’re least likely to use with its AI tools. Plus, you get a year free of Select Pro when 4 people use your sign-up link!
06. sunsama
I am a planning obsessive, as you may have guessed by now, and I genuinely didn’t want to fall in love with Sunsama the way I did! It’s a beautiful and intuitive app that lets you time block with intelligence. It asks you to set how long you’re working on a task for so that it can alert you if you’ve said you’re taking on too much, with a daily wrap-up review, the ability to categorise tasks stylishly, and more. I didn’t even know they had an affiliate scheme; I just loved the app and got in touch!
07. pic-time
I use Pic-Time to host the beautiful photo galleries I send to clients after their shoot. It’s a beautiful platform, so well-designed and addresses some of the SEO-related concerns I had with alternative sites. You can get a month free by clicking below (I’ll get one too!)

I have been using Xero for a year now, because it links with Dubsado and all the accountants I have worked with preferred it! It’s reliable and dependable and you get 50% off your first three months with my link below (and £50 when somebody joins using your link.)

I feel like I'm really hitting my stride with emails, thanks to two things on this list! First is Liz Wilcox's email marketing membership, which has finally helped me hit a goal of getting ahead with my weekly letters.
